Exclusive to U.S. residents, equities trades are "commission-free" for the first 10,000 shares per trade. For orders exceeding 10,000 shares, a charge of $0.005 per share applies to the excess shares. Direct-routed equity orders incur an additional $0.005 per share fee. Index options have a $1.00 per contract fee, while direct routing of options orders incurs an extra $1.00 per contract fee. Basic market data is complimentary for non-professional subscribers, but additional market data fees may apply if you add markets.
The ECP GO rates are specifically for mobile app and web trading. If you use the Alphatrade Desktop platform while on this plan, there will be an extra $10.00 fee for each equities and options trade. For futures trades, a surcharge of $1.40 per contract will apply. To avoid these higher desktop fees, you can opt for the ECP Select price plan.
You must use the Alphatrade Desktop platform to receive RadarScreen, OptionStation Pro, Portfolio Maestro, Alphatrade Scanner, Easy Language, Strategy Back-testing, the full Matrix, and the ability to use TradingApp Store products.

Option strategies that involve multiple purchases and sales of options, such as spreads, straddles, and collars, come with additional costs compared to a single option trade. These strategies may require more complex calculations and involve various transactions, leading to increased fees and expenses.
